The Underworld Warriors are preparing to go to compete in the city of Zacatecas and return with good results. The martial arts event will take place on Saturday, October 5.
They have students aged 13, 15, 16, 17, 10 and 33, who train mixed martial arts, jiu jitsu, muay thai and Greco-Roman wrestling, and it will be the first martial arts gym in the municipality of Fresnillo to have the service of physiotherapy, nutrition and sports psychology. Their goal is to project athletes internationally.
“We are part of a family where we train, we do not have many students, the few who attend are warriors; we are a competitive school where we are attentive to the students, we give them support when they have problems outside the gym,” said René Ubaldo Peralta Cruz, to El Sol de Zacatecas.
They have the support of physical therapist Dan Adbiel Coronado Esquivel, and will receive attention from sports psychology and nutrition. The purpose is to provide martial artists with the necessary tools to make the leap to professionalism in the discipline.
“Among the benefits of practicing martial arts is that students become stronger mentally and fiscally and their self-confidence increases,” said René Ubaldo Peralta Cruz.
The Warriors of the Underworld have obtained positive results in jiu jitsu competitions held in the city of Zacatecas, where they have won first, second and third places. In the state of Durango, within the fair sports activities in the specialty of kickboxing and jiu jitsu, they managed to place in the first places.
